I work a desk job right now about 25 hours a week, and I feel like it would be really hard for me to be on my feet all day as I feel so disoriented and dizzy a lot of the time. I also play drums! I've had consistent projects for awhile now so I play and work up a sweat a few days a week also (usually 2 - 3). Regarding exertional fatigue it depends. Sometimes, especially if I'm already feeling really fatigued, exerting myself will make it considerably worse. Other times exerting myself will make me feel a lot better for a little bit. Really the largest issues for me are my visual disturbance and brain fog. I am extremely sensitive to light, it's difficult to read, and I kind of just feel like I'm high all of the time. My perception seems altered. This issue seemed to temporarily resolve itself when I initially started taking my antifungal medication, placebo or not. What protocol do you speak of?
