Hey! Thanks for your msg. I am so glad you are still odor free....congrats! I am too. I did it a week ago, and i did it with a neilmed sinus bottle, the saline that came with it and 15 drops of gse. Did not do the flip turn....only did as directed on package and was in excruciating pain all night!

But i now have no more bo under my arms, on feet or in groin area. I also thought i lost my sense of smell but it came back after 2 days. Like you I also ended up getting sick after doing it....a little yellow mucus, but really just lots and lots of clear mucus.

I am going to an ent tomorrow just to get checked out. My theory is that we got sick bc there was an infection in our nose or sinuses that was washed downwards when we did the flush. Maybe not but its what i think happened. I will let you know what he tells me....maybe it will help?

Can i ask a few questions?

Did you change your diet at all?

Did you notice an increase in bad breath or white tongue? I did and still feel like some folks react to the smell but cannot tell if it is really there or if i am just paranoid.

Do you use any special body washes or deos?

I could always smell myself, and now the smells are gone! I used to have a moldy, yeasty sweaty smell....gross!
