You need to test for Free T3 (FT3) and Free T4 (FT4). You have total T3 and T4 that is informative.

Probably you also have low FT3 that why your TSH is so high. It could be due to Adrenal issues, for example, adrenal fatigue. Dr Rind says many patients improve their thyroid symptoms when given adrenal support.
