Hi Gina and everyone -

I was taking Magnesium malate for the past 3 years but I recently started taking Magnesium Citrate from Thorne Research - their best absorbed one "Magnesium Citramate" is what I take and I have noticed a Great improvement since doing so!

Thorne does not sell to the public on their website, but I found mine on pureformulas.com
