I just dissolved Real Salt in warm water, about 1/4 tsp in 16 oz. I am drinking that. Do I have to dissolve it on my tongue? Is there a right or wrong way to do this? When you say "take it slow" what exactly do you mean? How often can/should I do this and what danger signs should I look for?
