I've tried both of those and am still taking the collagen. It can't really keep up when cortisol is sky high.

It's like trying to plant trees in the middle of raging forest fire ;) There is just SO much collagen being broken down.

What does work is getting cortisol down so. My skin had been looking good for several months. I was getting finger prints again, no cracked heels.
