How do u suggest I change my diet and lifestyle and supplements?
Here is my diet:
Meal 1:
4oz veggie juice
1organic brown rice cake (toasted)
1 TBs almond butter mixed with 2.5 TBs brown rice protein powder with a smidge of water added to make it into a spread to put on top of the rice cake
Meal 2:
4oz veg juice
3oz ground turkey or chicken (i can only digest it ground)
1/2c steamed veggies
1/2 TBs coconut oil (this is alll stir fried)
I add tumeric, Sea Salt , black and cayenne peppers, cilantro, and kelp, AVC (1/2-1TB)
Meal 3:
Same as meal 1
Meal 4:
Same as meal 2 (might use fish instead)
Meal 5:
I usually cannot eat this bc i am too full but i try to have 1-2 jumbo eggs softboiled
I always have 3-4oz aloe juice
I also drink distilled water with chlorophyll drops
My supplements:
*Digestion:
-Thorne bio-Gest with each meal
-Biotics HCl with each meal
-I just ordered Nature's Answer non-alcoholic bitters to try to wean off HCl and enzymes
*Probiotics:
-Klaire Labs 12-strain Ther-Biotic Complete (25billion CFUs). 1 cap per meal (total of approc 100billion CFUs per day)
-Would ReNew Life 80 billion Critical Colon (14 strain) be better? it is grown on dairy/soy, though
*others:
-SQ B12 shots
-Vit C (1g per meal)
-Klaire labs multivitamin
-Solaray zinc (15mg 3-4 times a day)
-Grace Vit E (400-800 IU)
-Carlson Vit D drops (2000-4000 IU)
-Lifetime liquid cal/Mag/D 1TB
-Aloe Vera (2-4 oz)
-Thorne Cortrex (1 cap)
-Biotics Meda-Stim (thyroid 1 cap)
-Solgar L-Cysteine (500mg BID)
[I think this is all, lol]
I was taking Interfase enzymes (for candida), but I read that these are ineffective
I just bought a water kefir kit, which I will be using...I also want to increase my intake of fermented foods.
I was also told I am not methylating properly, thus the cysteine, B12, etc....
