Can I take anything for my adrenals while doing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement so that my adrenals dont get any worse?

I take Thorne Cortrex, B12 shots, 1g Vit C qmeal, zinc.... and a whole bunch of other stuff

how much maca do u use and how do u use it? what brand?
