It is overwhelming. I'm only 25 and my body is already in such a horrible state.

I'm sure chronic stress has a lot to do with it....and getting all these DX's without any TX only adds to it.

How do I find out the "dominant issue?" No one knows how my body got like this.

I have tried muscle testing...sometimes it seems spot on, other times it seems way off.

Ugh
