Shortness of breath is closely related to magnesium deficiency. What happens when you take Iodine without its companions is a highlight of whatever deficiency you may have.
Thats why we call it the Iodine protocol, as salt, magnesium, selenium and vit b,c are a bare minimum to do besides iodine.
