Interesting information;worth a try!

- the only thing is that I have done this fatty acid balancing, very close to what you suggest here (I did a ton of omega 3, (fish oil, cod liver oil, flax oil) and GLA.
I hate to be a party killer, but this made no difference to my dry skin caused by a hypo T condition.
What I have noticed however is that when my digestion got better, my thyroid got better and finally my skin got better, without these supplements.

" A weak thyroid prevents the essential fatty acids from being used properly and hidden non-celiac gluten sensitivity prevents the essential fatty acids (and other fat-soluble vitamins, such as A, D, E, K) from being absorbed from the intestines, so they can't get to the skin adequately."

Any referances on this ?
It sounds right, but I have done them all, exept for the K (a little natto thats all) A (natural form) and E helped a little, possibly, hard to say.

Females; hormonal changes may occur; like I am better after my period, worse before.
