Thanks Doc, that's what I figured. I'll follow my body, as I've always done and eat as needed. Oh! even though I'm eating more meat, potatoes, veggies, etc, I was afraid of gaining weight, but the opposite is happening, I'm losing weight. I think it's great, What's up with that from the biological point?
