I would like to know more about your diet. From eating a lot of junk food you have gone to eating healthy. In the process did you cut down on fats and oils and how much?  You need good oils in your diet and this maybe partly the cause of your constipation. You apparently drink enough water daily so that is not the problem. Are you eating sufficient fiber?

I would also quit taking any laxatives. If you don’t have a bowel movement in 24 hrs then take a cleansing enema, then wait 48 hrs for your next bm. If that does not happen then take again a cleansing enema. Repeat this as often as necessary.
