It would be OK to flush again and this mean ease your symptoms.

Breaking out on your forehead is a sign of toxins and the discomfort you are feeling would be enough to make me flush again. I remember my 3-4 flushes produced the biggest, darkest stones...also the most stones.

You may also take a little Epsom Salts to ease your discomfort.

I hope you start feeling better soon!
