I am recovering from a bacterial infection that caused some chronic fatigue. a
Antibiotics have gotten rid of the bacteria but now I think my energy systems need to be rejuvenated...
I guess my liver has been working overtime as well as my immune system in general. Does the liver take a while to rejuvenate?

Has anyone got any testimonies on how juice fasts worked for them, or some good advice to recover energy?

What juice would you use?
(I am thinking carrot and beetroot as my bases but I know I have to include lots of dark greens too...)
