No wonder 2 flushes in one week-end, you should at least space them 2-3 weeks apart. Your body was not able to get rid off all the toxins. Just thinking of all that oil makes me feel sick. Did you use the Epsom Salts to clean yourself out and I only use 4-5 oz oil.
Keep drinking a lot water through the day and add a pinch of Celtic Seasalt to get minerals in you.
