Whats your reasoning for staying away from Carrot and Beet Wheatgrass? Is it because they contain more sugar? I heard beetroot was the 'wonder juice' that did a lot of good? If I add Carrot and Beetroot, in what way will it make the fast less effecive?
(I am new to this, and appreciate any advice..!)
