I agree that this is one of my biggest hangups...but I am having the most difficult time letting go, learning how to love myself (or even tolerate myself), and trying to find the good in life when my whole life has been one crisis/trauma after another.

I tried to meditate, but I cannot do it. It makes my anxiety worse.

counseling hasnt helped.

I'm trying emotional NAET.... not sure if that'll work either.
