Yes I am aware that Supplements dont really work, but the fact is it has got to me this to the point where i can consider doing a liver flush, where before it seemed an impossible pipe dream. My aim is to eventually come off all of the supplements and the AD.

I forgot to mention about Enemas, do you perform these on the run up to a Liver Flush?
