After getting hungry drink half cup sourcrout juice. It will make u go to bathroom and thing will come out within hour or so. Than couple hour later eat half pineapple. Than the other half hour later..........This method next morning made me expelled around hundred worms...all dead. I was reading that one of the Californian university made experiment with roundworm. They put live one to pineapple juice.....after 24 totally dissolved where compared with just water or water with salt they were still alive.
