I can't comment on many of your questions, but I had some similar problems before. I occasionally had problems with Body Odor which wouldn't go away even after a shower. It's one of many possible symptoms of yeast-related trouble (candida). I haven't had the problem since I began an anti-yeast program.

The fact that you posted on the candida list suggests that you suspect that you may have a yeast problem. I suggest you find out more about yeast overgrowth and decide if that could be causing your trouble.

I should also suggest that, if yeast is your trouble, that you consider the possibility that the yeast problem is being caused by something else, like heavy metals (mercury from silver fillings or lead from old water pipes are some examples).
