"you won't know unless you experiment. :) " -- sadly that's really true. On the other hand, you may find out though that it's the best thing you ever did.

AF is outside the mainstream for now, so getting good info on what works for others and trying a few options is great.

If you're in Germany have you used St. John's Wort (assuming you're low in serotonin or other neurotransmitters), or licorice or withania? I'd try those before Holy Basil, but only because I know they worked for me and others.
