I appreciate your candid insight
intimacy has be a long term challenge for me as well
and i see how my self image has created an inner toxicity

There is also a chicken and egg situation as there is much new thinking related to the role of healthy gut flora in mental health - gut psychology syndrome

in retrospect i feel like i have suffered a mild case of autism for much of my life, preventing me from connecting intimately. autism and related conditions have been linked to the auto toxicity created by candida

I have made much progress in the self love department but i feel much more like connecting when my body feels good
