I also received a PM from a 'silent CZer" yesterday. It was from a woman who had tried liver flushing but had bad experiences. She wanted to comment in the Liver Flush Debate Forum but was afraid she'd be set upon by the "wolf pack" in there, as she called it. She also happened to be someone whom Hv had helped tremendously with his advice. Here is her PM:
Dear Cargoshorts,
I want to thank you for chiming in to help push back the rabid mob in the LF Debate Forum. I've been wanting to post in there to relay my experiences, but who wants to be set upon by that wolf pack? You see, I've tried some liver flushes - 2 of them, and they went horribly wrong, the 2nd one worse than the first. I have many thoughts on the subject, and I want to post, but who wants to withstand the attacks, the viciousness, the ridicule, and more, just for saying something critical about LF's?
I know of at least two other people in the same boat as me. One of them picked up on a comment I made in the LF Support Forum and sent me a PM. That user, after I replied, passed my sentiments on to a third CZ user who also had a bad LF experience, and then contacted me. There's like an underground network of us now! lol
I can't believe the grief that Hv has to go through. I've posted many times in his forum and his replies helped me tremendously, not just for one health issue but for several. Before this current crop of jackels ganging up on Hv it was a DIFFERENT crop, and before that a different crop. I remember users like "Afflicted" and "InnerCalm" and "Ryan" and others, heaping tons and tons of abuse on Hv.
And so anyway, I just want to thank you for trying to be a voice of reason and joining forces with HV in the LF Debate Forum, even though, as I read in earlier posts of yours, you yourself are pro-liver flush under certain conditions. Also, O/T, I want to thank you for posting that link to that Mission of Burma song. I love that song.
Sincerely,
Edna (don't worry, nobody here knows my name)
p.s. What's with these jobless losers "occupying" Wall St. and other thoroughfares around the country? Forget about "teabaggers," we've now got "fleabaggers."
