But a twist to my experience is that after about 10 pm, the blue mood usually disappears, despite that it is still dark outside, etc. I really think there may be some body chemistry that is off balance during the blue hours for me, not just less activity or that it is dark outside...

Whether it is liver burdon from the day's food, or candida growth from even safe foods, I do not know...
