It is VERY easy to just give yourself B12 shots.

Ask you doc to show you how, prescribe the vial of B12 and syringes.

Be sure to read up on all the obvious and subtle signs of shortage and overdose, pay attention to your body. Wiki is a good place to start:

You may find things go well if you use both shots and inhaled. That is what I am doing right now.
