Did you put the ACV in a quart of water and sip through the day? If it still too strong use 1 tbs less.
I make sure that I use enough celtic Seasalt the day before and after for the minerals.
Also make sure that you drink enough water after 2 pm, so you don't get dehydrated.
Drink water up to 20 min before ES and again after 20 min of taking the ES.
