hi everyone.

im in between flushes. tonight will be my 8th flush i believe. i cant wait to get this over with because im feeling really down these past few days; low energy, negative feelings, etc. not sure whats going on. these past few days ive just been crawling into work and then going straight to bed for a 2 hr nap when i get home, and then another 8hrs of sleep on top of that.

ive been taking the pb shakes at least once a day since monday to prep for tonights flush. hopefully it'll go smooth since ive been having problems w/ BMs after the ES. im going to up the dose of ES to 2Tbsp per 3/4cup serving. i know, yuck.

2 days of flushing hell; the fasting, the ES, the butt pee.

i know that i'll feel better by friday, but its the NOW that i cant handle.
