I wonder if you were alright for a long time with no gb attacks? You said you flushed till you got most of your stones out? Not all? Moritz says to do them until 2 flushes produce no stones. He also says to do 2 flushes a year for maintenance.

It's impossible to keep a perfect diet. I don't want to be a diet fanatic and I couldn't be if I tried. "Fanatic's" not a positive word. For those who are able, I salute them. I eat very healthily. Better than most. But still, I love homemade chocolate chip cookies once in a great while especially if my gb won't object! Figs and dates? They're so good and so good for you!
