Thanks to your post on the Iodine forum I have uppped my Iodine too and it has helped.
From a gallbladder standpoint my diet is may be not healthy since I do high protein and low carbs but I feel good on it.
Instead of flushes I do now bitters, before I had already done 80 flushes over the years but my stone is too big to come out, so far this has worked for me.
