thanks for both the posts above. I did read about your stuck stone experience, what a nightmare! I do have a healthym natural diet and have for years, but I'm still dealing with protozoa-type parasites, and that may have something to do with the ongoing liver/gallbladder issues. I don't have any kind of severe pain in that area, just a sense that some of those headaches are directly related, I'll get sort of a twinge around the gallbladder and in the area of the common bile duct with the headache, and occasionally at other times. It's not so much bothered by fats as by too much carbohydrate, which makes me think I might be feeding something that's living in there when I eat anything like bread or concentrated sweet like maple syrup, etc.

I did try one TB of Epsom Salt last night, and nothing. In fact, I was little constipated this morning, despite plenty of water, so that was wasn't my best idea. My headache actually got better today after I did a clumsy "postural release" on myself around the C2 vertebra and muscle nearby (boyfriend is a bodyworker and he usually does the adjusting, but showed me how to get this one myself). I felt a lot better afterward, almost immediately, and I think the click I heard was an adjustment.... anyway....

I'm sure I'll do another Liver Flush in the next couple months, but kind of feel like I'm in more of a "building" mode than a "cleansing" mode. I think you can overdo it, I'm a little delicate, and I've been hitting a lot of this stuff pretty hard for the past few years.

thanks again for the replies.
