Jim Hasinger ceo of world health mall(syclovir)  told me he went on a 30 day water fast to try to starve the candida and he told me the candida just "sat there" and did not do him any good.  Getting rid of candida is a very long process because of how adaptive and resilent it is. But diet alone is not good enough. Substances to constantly weaken the cell membrane of the candida must be taken day by day to reduce the candida little by little. Severe Candida takes a long time to get rid of because of the toxins it produces with die-off/waste from its feeding.
