Exactly. I've been working on my GI tract for, what seems like forever. I am still constipated, bloated and feel very tired and spacy.

I have recently found out a biopsy of my stomach showed 'enterovirus' in over 50% of the cells. This was done by Dr Chia. you can google him and enterovirus to find more info. My fiance had a consult with him last night which I have not listened to yet, but I did want to point out that he did say this virus will paralyze the gut.

This may be interesting for those of you with unrelenting constipation and/or gastroparesis and/or severe bloating.
