Hi,

I'm not diabetic, in fact my blood Sugar levels are in the 80s. I have around 70 pounds I want lose, can I take Banaba Leaf extract?
I know it lowers blood sugar, so I'm not sure if it's safe or me or not?
The question is: will it lower my blood Sugar levels if I'm not diabetic???
