Sounds wonderful. I'm interested just to see some pics of Death Valley. Will research.
At one time, years and years ago, my husband wanted to transfer there ( Calif. Highway Patrol) Said he wondered what it would be like to be the only 2 man post there?
But, if I remember, the summer heat issue decided that for us. He's been retired for some time now. That job along was one contributor to stress for himself and for myself in my AF decline. We've moved 13 times. . . . in his 20 years on the force. I've always hated moving period.
