it takes time.

you can come down on the Iodine to decrease the detox to a tolerable level. you can also try more of the cutler protocol. i dont have enough experience with all that, i just bullied my way through like you are doing, though mush of that was before iodine. how much damage does that do? i dont know. i still have residual damage from when my brain was basting in mercury. it gets better with each passing year. i did try some dmsa and found that helped the brain fog a lot.

beyond that all i can say is listen to newport. he has a lot of this down to a science.
