Wow. What a different and unique experience. Another explanation defying testimonial. Thanks for sharing. I certainly don't seek to discredit anyone. I still flush, interspersed with coffee enemas and other cleansing protocols. Not as much these days. Can't honestly say whether or not all this activity has had a negative or positive long term effect on me. I'll just add that I started all this because I read that flushng can rid you of arm and shoulder pain/numbness (from a pinched nerve) I was spooked by the neurotin prescribed by my doctor. I took myself off that six weeks after I started. No arm/shoulder pain/numbness. My biggest health issue is arrythmia. Certainly hasn't helped that any.
