Please take into consideration too, it is the hottest place in the US that I know of during the summers. Can reach 120+ + +
and extreme heat is a big stressor for the adrena glands, unless you only spend the winters there.

I know. I used to live in Lake Havasu City and the summers there would be between 105-119 and it drained me. I had to do my grocery shopping late at night in the summer.

Just some friendly advise.
