Webmaster,

Why is nothing being done on the " Liver Flush Debate " forum about the constant personal attacks being directed at me personally?

Even the one time that the moderator edited a post by a "liver flush" supporter a clear personal attack was left in the post. Many of the posts are referring to me as "Captain f**** matter", "f**** soap man" and "f**** soap junior". Despite the posts being alerted as "bad, and the top of the forum clearly stating "The first person to resort to name calling and personal attacks will be banned from this forum!" nothing has been done about the constant barrage of personal attacks primarily by LisaMarie23, #143595 and Michael B.

It is bad enough to have my posting name be the constant target of their childish name calling and insults. But now the constant attacks by the "liver flush" supporters have evolved in to using my personal name in their attacks and clear defamation of character. For example in this post:

I have already warned LisaMarie about the defamation of character and that the moderator and the Webmaster can also be sued for failing to take action. Being aware of the problem and failing to take action can also allows for the collection of punitive damages for what is deemed as willful and malicious conduct.

I am not going to tolerate any more personal abuse from the "liver flush" supporters. If there are any more cases of defamation of character by any of the "liver flush" supporters against my name or company I will look in to legal action against those committing the act and anyone allowing the act to continue. I have taken on my ex-business partner and his 5 attorneys before and won. So I am not a stranger to the legal system and have no problem bringing forth an action if required. So this personal message is to serve as a notice of what is occurring and being allowed in clear violation of your own terms of service and in violation of the law.
