Richard has a point, you can try the internal cleansing, if money allows and see what happens. I am surprised sulfur didn't work though. However, remember its 10% sulfur that you need and not 2% as is common with many others.

Maybe a dose of Antibiotics , could be a chronic infection lurking somewhere.
