My blood pressure was 90/60!! I get dizzy when I stand up a lot and also when I'm lifting weights, I get dizzy and light headed. I have terrible brain fog as well. I just started taking candex and it seems to be helping me, but I am also taking a few other things too so I don't know if its just the candex.
