I had the palpitations and then took a little juice and they went away. I was a bit scared to be honest.
I also know I've had a bacterial infection (akin to Lymes) and know that toxins were being released as my immune system focused its energy on it.

I might go on another extended Water Fast (7+ days) and maybe add some juice in there when I think my body needs a boost. I experienced mental clarity like never before and was very "industrious". Not so much physically, but certainly mentally and spiritually.

I was thinking of a juice fast which has a heavy tomato component and carrot with beetroot. I'll have to pop some leafy greens in there somewhere I know.
