Hi,
Hope your 40 day fast is going well?
The chronic fatigue mention caught my attention.
I had some chronic fatigue but it was caused by bacterial infection (Rickettsia Mooseri) which is a bit like Lymes disease. Have you considered a bacterial test?
Treatment is with Antibiotics .
