Many thanks for your post, and for sharing your intimate experiences with dreams - fascinating stuff... it's perhaps fortunate that I seldom remember my dreams!

Well, I will certainly give your strict diet regime some close consideration - perhaps at a time when I have no commitments and can spend 2-3 days committed to green leafy vegetables. My diet isn't so far off - obviously I consume fish and eggs, but aside from this it's mostlu broccoli, onion, okra, cabbage, spinach, lettuces, etc.
