Yes! This sounds like the classic nice guy/bitchy girl scenario. You have lost a lot in this exchange.

The feeling of not being able to get over her is because... there are parts of YOU she is holding onto! You are craving your own missing parts of self! How is that for a thought? And not only is she benefitting from all the health and love she took from you but... she couldn't even wait 1 week to hop into a new relationship! She's having a great time with all that she has stolen from you when you are sick and suffering! You should be MAD AS HELL!! I had almost the exact same situation.

I want to tell you something that is not ordinarily talked about but is refreshing when you grasp the truth of it: you may have projected parts of yourself onto her and fallen in love with your own self that you gave her. She does not sound like the type of person that radiates love.

Oftentimes we subconsciously confuse giving everything away as a way of showing love. Like a form of martyrdom. But what happens when we keep giving and get nothing in return? we end up sick and f*cked up. We see a hot girl who is miserable and hates herself, and then give her everything we have trying to save her from her emptiness or rescue her. Often this pattern is mirrored in our parental dances.

If you look at it in another way: the same dance of giving, being nice, putting in effort while she was mean, controlling, and flirting with other guys is reflected in the invisible, non-physical dance. You effectively got stripped of love, health, energy systems, and body-level well being and she was not grateful at all for it.

The two energy systems I believe have been affected most in you are the digestive energy system and sexua| energy system. The digestive system is the etheric counterpart of our physical system and transmutes raw emotional energy into a form more usable by the body: sexua| energy. This is why feeling emotions is so important, and why Depression may be from a compromised digestive system. It controls peristalsis and grounding. If this system is compromised then physical digestion is also compromised.

The sexua| energy system distributes this refined energy to the field and assists in all functions of the body, holds boundaries, and anchors consiousness into the body. If you have had, for instance, your sexua| flow reversed or... inverted, your boundaries would be totally screwed up and you would feel "anxiety" interacting with people, which is not a real emotion but just a dissonant energy wave pattern.

An inability to sleep at night could be from when the sexua| energy no longer flows up the spine. It is the deep, warm bliss you are supposed to sink into that is missing. Body coldness is definitely related to the two systems not functioning.

Don't forget about the subtle bodies...chakras... grounding, connection to source...there are a million things that can be manipulated in a human energy field. It sounds like all of yours were hahaha!
