It's really hard to tell because the way it is in the paper. Probably not mucous, maybe candida or biofilm? Was it just a blob, or does it unfold to something long? Were you doing any type of cleanse, or possibly eat something unusual, like alot of garlic or onion, peppers?

It actually looks like a very clean specimen, meaning whatever it is, it was washed out from the colon wall quickly, because it was not stained at at. That is why I asked about what you had eaten lately.
