I think that rather than trying to put together a program yourself it would be easier and more effective to choose one of the detox programs put together by an expert. I have seen several online that seem to work well. Many of these programs advise doing a dental cleanup - removing all metal fillings and other fillings that contain pollutants. Hulda Clark and others advise doing this first along with some cleanses before starting a serious detox program. Several of these cleansing programs are featured on the Liver Flush Support Forum .
