There are lots of ways to make a colloidal/ionic cream or ointment but if you are looking for the simplest way using commonly available items (as opposed to ordering carrier oils and/or other items used to make homemade ointments and creams), then: 1) Find yourself a healthy skin cream such as aloe and/or vitamin e which contains no dangerous chemicals and 2) Combine it with colloidal/ionic silver which you have boiled and condensed down.

Note:  Commercial silver skin products typically contain 50 or more PPM, whereas most colloidal/ionic silver solutions contain 10 to 20 PPM (anything more is excessive actually).  If you have a good ozonator, you could also ozonate oilve oil until it thickens to a desired consistency.

To get a 10 PPM silver solution to 50 PPM, it must be reduced to 1/5 the original volume.  Then, to get the ointment/cream you are making to contain 50PPM  of silver, the silver solution must be further reduced according to what percentage of the ointment will be silver solution.  Let's say that you find that anything more than 10% silver solution is too thin and watery.  That means that you have to further reduce your silver solution to 10% of its already reduced volume.
