Manna is coconut butter... just a fancier name for it. :-)

I like how u said " I just do what I can i guess :-/" I think in order to increase our quality of life, it is important to allow ourselves *some* leeway now and then. The treatment and diet is rough in so many aspects of life. It seems to me that no one is able to fully overcome this....instead, the goal seems to be to figure out how to live with the least symptoms (ie, manage the disease).

Sucks.
