I have been an advocate for the MC for many years and still consider it an awesome protocol to rid the system of toxins. After 40 days of the MC the returns are minimal and your metabolism has slowed down quite a bit If you still feel a need to continue I would encourage you to switch over to "Juice Feasting" where you will continue to detox but will also be giving you system some mega nutrition.
